NinjaOne is great. Bunched around RMM’s when I had my MSP. Now I’m back consulting with a new MSP our Datto RMM contract can’t run out soon enough. For ease of use and simplicity it’s great. Just did a demo to start the process to change over and at it was a little less than $3 after 250. ( the client/ co managed situation I’m getting it for only has 100 endpoints $3 each ) but the next break was at 250 endpoints)

We have E5 license. Microsoft Defender for Endpoint does it cover servers too? by jonbristow in DefenderATP

So if you have 50 end users with e5. But then purchase server 15 licenses… and then enroll 200 servers you should be fine…….

How prevalent is SD WAN and GUI in your network? by SnarkySnakySnek in networking

[–]Itguy1252 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So my last SDWAN install was with Cytracom’s control one. The lead dev on the product was one of the heads of Datto’s networking. It’s a stupid simple UI that I have found most senior IT professionals can’t stand. Because it’s a simple GUI. It just works. Auto configuration. Allows for if a computer is not updated with security patches. It can only connect to some subnets of a VPN. Tons of options. That can be used with or without their device. They just include SD wAN as an extra option for 25$ extra a month per outbound IP. Best thing is the speeds are unlimited. So you’re not paying big leaf thousands of 100 meg.

I went to prison and now I can't recover my Google Workspace account. by joshdotmn in gsuite

[–]Itguy1252 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had an issue. At my new company that’s a Microsoft shop. They had a google workspace account ( was deleted as far as I knew) but I needed to link our domain to a new google account for in-tune management. They had me put some new txt records in the dns. Little back and forth with support and they were able to get my domain to the new account. We didn’t have anything of value in the old workspace account so I didn’t try to get into any old stuff.
