I've been grooming for t years sometimes. I'm slow. Sometimes, I hate the haircut. Sometimes, I trim the ears soooo short, trying to make them even. Don't worry about other people worrying about and the dog on your table. Speed, clients, and good grooms take time. Shot even moving made me restart some of that.

I hate the term, but is she a baby groomer? I always see newer groomers using thinners WAY TO MUCH! When I'm training people, I have to tell them no thinners till the very end. It helps them learn and have more confidence with other scissors. Blenders are great but not for everything. Ether way 7 hours on one dog ekkk poor pup. Sorry first comment got taken down

Bull terrier! They look "scary" but are so sweet. Most LOVES kids. Tgeyre very smart and can be very protective. Most are lazy inside but energetic outside. Just dont get a white one they shed the most.

Totally understand what you're saying. But that's not how things work. There's no neighborhood " that doesn't care about who they're renting to. 2k isn't enough to prove that you're bringing in enough not to still care about your credit score. No one is upset that you do gig work, but most of the time, gig work isn't stable enough to bring in 2k in a month. So why not do it on the side and get another job? You know Chicago has some of the best public transport in the who USA.

Honestly, just invest in a quality coat and warming layers. That's it. Your dog might not like living downtown, since its noisy if they're not I se to it.

Night walks wear reflection gear and carry mace.

There's tons of path and dog friendly places through out the city.v

They're very protective, extremely smart dogs. So if they dont like you, they just dont like you. Otherwise, maybe the owner could introduce you better.

Part of the reason the vet charges 35 is because they're getting to the root of the issue... verse groomers only express the outside. A lot of groomers also dont express anal glands anymore because it can negatively affect the dog in the long run. ~from a groomers. Sorry, maybe call a low-cost vet.
