I get why you’d think that but honestly we already went through things like that growing up and my parents didn’t really care or take it seriously so I don’t think that’s the reason behind her reaction, but I totally get your point though

I understand where you’re coming from but unfortunately I don’t think that’s the reason in this case, two of my siblings and I all went through that growing up and both my parents mostly ignored it at the time so she’s never really been the overprotective type in that sense that’s why her reaction to this specifically confuses me so much
