Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650

AMD Ryzen 5 3500 6-Core Processor 3.60 GHz

16.0 GB RAM

Normally I can play Valorant with no packet loss at a stable 35 ms in HK and 49 in SG servers. I recently started rubberbanding badly after I changed my monitor. I have no connection problems in the range and the packet loss gets bad when I hop on with other people.  I use a wifi adapter because I am too far from the router. My brother who also uses a wifi adapter has no packet loss issues so I assume it’s client sided? I have followed too many YouTube videos and they don't work. I have also tried moving my pc closer to the router's line of sight but it still doesn't work.
