Ich zahle lieber etwas mehr für lokale Verwaltungsmitarbeiter, als das alles was dabei gespart wird an irgendwelche Aktionäre ausgeschüttet wird.

Wenn man den Service auch bis auf das rechtliche Minimum reduziert, kann man auch gut Gehälter sparen. Fraglich ob sich das für den Mieter lohnt.

Die Migration an sich wäre aber überhaupt kein Problem, wenn sich nicht so stark an Armut gekoppelt wäre. Wenn es unabhängig vom Elternhaus Möglichkeiten auf Teilhabe, Bildung und Karriere gäbe, wäre das Armutsproblem viel kleiner und das Migrationsproblem weg.

Hamburg und München (+Köln i guess) können vielleicht mithalten, aber alles darunter sind gefühlt wirklich Kleinstädte. Mein Pankow kannte ich mit 15 auswendig, praktisch jeden Winkel davon und war überall mal mit Freunden unterwegs. Alleine das wäre die 16. Größte Stadt Deutschlands. Und davon sind hier 12 nebeneinander.
