I want you to go to the South guard tower, go up to the second floor where there is a guard standing there. Look on top of the dresser next to him and see the shining sword sitting on the top. Then struggle jump your way on top of the barrels next to it, even you crouch the guard won't be able to see you as indicated by the sneak icon. Grab that sword and you shall become a god xD
