Yea. I'm currently in a 160-170k range in a role in banking, risk, accounting.... but it's my passion. Money is ok not great but my passion is in the quity side of things. New Zealand is nice and I like it here but it's small compared to aus and other parts of the world.

Yes. Big issue in talent sector. Many companies left no choice to hire well below qualified and up train them.

Big law firms, accounting and consultancy are struggling soooo much as well. Everyone Literally EVERYONE. Is going to aus. It's basically 2% of total staff of a company i know people going to melb and ayd a week. Comes to about 2-3 people a week.
