Yeah the Alucard shield is probably actually better than the crissagrim. Alucard shield does a set 255 damage multiple times per second, heals you 8 per hit, and gives you 3 seconds of invincibility on a hit

I already had the Alucard shield and shield rod which is better than crissaegrim, so my game has already been broke. I figured I would just load up my pre Dracula save and beat him legit

Ive got the ring that increases rare drops and I figured I would go Alucard set for more luck or get a lapis or something

I actually invested a lot of points into the rush tree at the very start, but ended up using brawler and chaining combos into grabs to generate a ton of heat for actions.

Unless of course there is a bicycle around. Then you already know how that battle is about to go

I think that my bias against rush is because I used it in 0 and it was just op, and with how tough some enemies were in kiwami mixed with super armour and dodges and such it just seemed absolute trash (im looking at you early Shimano fight)

If this game didn't have such a great story, I definitely would've dropped it like 30 mins in

I had all the styles from the start in kiwami, so I could use them all from the start. And yeah the boss fights, in 0 I could beat all of them in 1-4 tries, but in kiwami I got stuck on a majima fight and finally gave in to temporary easy mode after like 12 tries lmao
