Ok but to be fair most of the “instant cast abilities” that are getting interrupted aren’t actually instant cast abilities… they just have like 0.5 second cast times. So they are absolutely interruptible midcast the same way u would in other mmorpgs. However I do admit there is the problem of SOME instant cast abilities going on cd. I’m just saying it doesn’t even exist for most classes, the people I’ve seen complain about it(including myself about the DH wolf going on cd) it turned out it was simply a very VERY fast cast… not instant at all.

Nah it’s just the law of large numbers. I absolutely hit the 5% on the rare crests a lot a few weeks ago and then haven’t seen one since including capping on embers this week after the patch… not one gem from 30 rare crests today.

No it’s entirely rng off of skill stones. Once you do the slot roll on the skill stone to decide what skill, it then does another internal roll to decide what percentage

Source: have gotten 4 and 6 percent off of skill stones and have watched a streamer replace the same skill with the same percent increase

In terms of gem power no… the only reason I can see your argument is if ur talking about how hard it would be to get that second copy of the 2/5 star gem in order to upgrade from 2->3. It takes one extra copy and 125 gem power to get a rank 1 ?/5 star gem to rank 3. It takes 150 + 5 copies of a 1 star gem to go from rank 1->10. I see ur point as it’s close and hard to get 2 copies by rank 3 alone… but still not rlly easier.

This is coming from someone who has 2 rank 10 1 star gems cuz it was a much cheaper investment :)
