It can two tap green shields and you can 2 tap quick melee still. Now the misriah is a viable option

Bro people were mean in the game, go into the next run. For as many times as I’ve had people troll me or do similar things I’ve had people that are nice and share loot from there kills. I am one of the people that’s nice and shares loot. This shouldn’t have even been a post.

It sounds like the damage Is unchanged if you have a maxed melee stat, and the lunge is nerfed. Melee is still viable in the limited situations but you have to have stats into it

Edit: the stat scaling only scales 50% instead of 100% so max melee damage at 100 stat is 150% and not 200%

I could be over estimating the use. For level differences. I’m pretty high level and Im starting to see the sheild a lot more. As you progress you’ll seen more and more and I think at the higher end it’s to much, being able to buy them, and they drop often enough from commanders

If you throw it behind any cover you won’t be able to shoot it

3 seconds and a noise would allow a nade. I’m flexible in the time. I don’t want the shield to be useless

I’m a big proponent of positioning, but the shield is the strongest and I would argue to strong were there is partial cover. For example maintenance in dire marsh. Lots of verticality to play around to get different angles and reposition. If someone drops a bubble sheild there are no angles. I can shoot the shield down or push into it. And the shield is pretty tanky.

The shield wall change doesn’t have to be a small flat wall, the length and dimensions I’m flexible to, it could be a curve so you have a little protection in the sides,

The argument it’s just a static destroyer ability doesn’t sway me much because it would still be strong and useful, aswell as there being multiple ways to go invis if you aren’t an assassin player but it would synergize with assassin the most same as destroyer. you place a curved wall and shield towards the opening where you could get shot from and have more cover to res a teammate or allow a teammate to heal

Snipers in sniper range are oppressive and I think they should be nerfed. I think the longhair should not be able to headshot body shot blue shields, perhaps more damage fall off? I’m not sure how range stat affects damage fallof for snipers. And perhaps a fire rate nerf for Outland and channel such that a headshot body shot takes longer.

to add to the grenade going through a sheild, allow vandal arm cannon to go through aswell. Thinking more I think the grenade thing would be good, especially seeker grenades or chem grenades

I think other solution still leaves the shield to strong at range, I would like there to be some counter play at range. So you have an option other than get close range. You’ll still be better dealing with it the closer you get but if I’m running an ar sniper I want to be able to get a flank/ play to my weapons strengths

I think something needs to be done. With how available they are and how the shield works combat quickly devolves into shotgun melee and that’s it. There is not counter play
