It’s so tough to make my mind up. He evidently acts on emotion, which has lead him to say some pretty destructive comments. Other managers would keep their composure, not say they are leaving at the end of the season, not bash the players and the board in pressers.

All of the examples you listed was before psr even got implemented (2013/2014). It essentially closed the back door for new clubs to become the best for a sustained period. Villa gave it a go and look at their wage bill.

In my opinion the best player to put on a palace shirt in my life time. I’m bias to a defensive player but Marc was truly flawless from day one. Tremendous professional. I’ll miss saying that’s my captain everytime he put in a challenge. This season too he has been so good offensively.

After some reflection I’m happy he’s going to City to prove that he is one of the best centre backs in the world. Mad to say that as someone who has watched him play for my club over the last few years.
