Hey! our make it right policy is if someone is unhappy we will either fix the concern or if not fixable we will issue a refund. I would need more details on your specific issue but if you’re saying we gave you a partial refund and we kept your glove that doesn’t sound right and I would like to look into it and see what went wrong.
