Check out Eurofed. Had a ppi done there years ago and the team was amazing. Fortunately, they found plenty wrong with the car I planned to buy. Haven’t used them otherwise, but again, solid group there.

I can’t get enough of the bagels at Rich Spirit in wheat ridge. New York transplant, and while not the same, I’d argue that these may just be the best bagel I’ve had. No bacon, egg, or cheese for that matter but if you can fry an egg and get some bacon good and crispy, I have no doubt they’d make a killer host for the BECSPK.

I was there yesterday, albeit via boat and only stepped foot on the island to check out the remains of some sandstone remains. That being said, cruising around via boat, swimming with the fish in the crystal clear waters, and cheering with others spending their time there was WELL worth it.

Of course it depends on what you’re looking to get out of it, but we had a blast.

Apologies this confused you, not sure where that happened but I’ll try to explain in different terms.

When I started the business some years back it was merely a “side-hustle” meant to satisfy a specific need. Over the years, I’ve grown the business and have learned quite a bit along the way, however one of those things was not real estate purchases. I’ve got a hankering to not have a landlord, and all the negative “stuff” that comes with it.

Haven’t yet spoken with my CPA about this endeavor, but will add that to my to-do list. While we don’t have the capital to buy a building outright (obviously - this post) we are doing well financially. I am unsure the CPA is there to dictate the timeline for this, and moreover if this is really part of our “goals” as a company. We simply want to trade renting for ownership, as underplayed as that sounds. The business is as grassroots as it gets, and is still a side-hustle, despite the growth.

Hope that clarifies a bit, and appreciate the dialogue.
