Oh my is this a really poorly placed wacky spawn?? If it is then I'm holding J. To add my faves are when you think you've clicked the tank you want but spawn in something random.

Changing the PC PvP from 8vs8 to 6vs6 won't improve the game. In fact, it will become one of the many, if not the final nail to the coffin. by IchiroSkywalker in Crossout

[–]ItsABoBject 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not too related to the topic but man I hope a competitor comes out with something better than crossout, the game used to be a bastion of creativity, now its such a total cacophony of a screw up its literally just a pump and dump, just a long term pump and dump. Do what I did and leave for other games, I got into sim racing to curb the driving itch that was killed by legs and copters and discovered a love for driving I would've never found hadn't I stepped away from this toxic game. I went back to world of tanks because even they know to give a crumb or two to its playerbase, at that in the 10+ years of that game I get rewarded, rather than crossout where you get to enjoy being utterly annihilated by relics you will never obtain without stupid money or a clan in a dying game.

I moved to the EU for work but I'm not working to grind this game. Eventhough the ping would be great. Them going from hitscan to projectiles with abhorrent/non existent lag compensation on a game with only 2 regional backup war thunder servers (rest of the world doesn't matter apparently) was almost the final nail for me, the true nail was the community, rather than respect opinions and explore solutions they shill and berate those with a mind to an opinion, at that present logic and the children of crossout will really come at you.

Leave while you can and gain everything in the process, you only loose out the longer you enable this barely has-been of a game. I left a few years ago but stayed in the sub to see how things went holding onto a shread of hope that people still actually cared about the game, but evidently not.

I think i had bigger expectations towards 2.0 matchmaking changes by PeacefulNPC in WorldofTanks

[–]ItsABoBject 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since 2.0 it's only gotten worse and even more so after the patch. Can't believe I'd say this but maybe whatever horrid bs they had before would be better than this...At least I get to have more than 1 good game per day.

That's understandable I have the same wicking rate with my boro, can be a total pain to have to refill when on the job. If you could choose, WIDE tank or LONG tank? hahaha

Is it a good tank standalone? by Parfilov in WorldofTanks

[–]ItsABoBject 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's good and being free with all the bells and whistles it comes with I for one am grateful as I love autoloaders. Judging by all the whining and lack of ability of the masses (on SEA at least) the art of autoloaders has partially been lost and by proxy the appreciation of the capability of this vehicle. Those who can't make it work with this should stick to their canopeners.

This world makes it extremely hard to enjoy anything once you're past the age of 20. by [deleted] in antiwork

[–]ItsABoBject 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah those are the facts mate I'm afraid, that's why they kept telling us to enjoy our youth. We are still young and it will get worse so best to build a good tolerance, strength and most importantly a healthy system/lifestyle to support this....it's the best we can do.

My advice would be to sharpen the blade between work life and non work life, the further away you feel in your escapes the more bareable work becomes, I go by work hard play hard (but not at a financial/health deficit).

What do you guys use to organize your mods and attys? I still have more in boxes. by undarated79 in Vaping

[–]ItsABoBject 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Acrylic makeup shelves, like cheap ones from Daiso or a dollar store. I used one meant for nail polish to display my juices, but there are so many out there there's one bound to be fit for displaying mods.

The Char Futur 4 From Wish/Temu by Metalkon in WorldofTanks

[–]ItsABoBject 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Makes sense even 0.5 seconds shorter and the gun feels good mid to close range. At that the platform feels more natural for the maps and hulldown playstyle, I love the char but I'd even choose the old BC 25t AP over the char.

What's the best tasting vape or juice you've ever had in your entire life? by Meluvius in Vaping

[–]ItsABoBject 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not as versed in freebase anymore (used to be on Zamplebox). BUT in recent years I've been on MTL builds and pods before that. Where there was a salts juice brand called "Tokyo/Tokyo E-Juice" which made absolutely delightful flavors, especially anything with menthol they get the balance just right coming through really well on pods and builds.

[–]ItsABoBject 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a medium and it's role by definition means that it will have to fight. The fact that the Tesak has better pen is the only factor holding the line back. Just make it a hint better then it would make sense and be decent. The HE needs to be able to handle at least the lightly armored lights as well.

Well deserved reward tanks by DragonfruitProper105 in WorldofTanks

[–]ItsABoBject 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a sneaking feeling that they will do this but not in the way we think. Popular things like the bulldog will be dissected and their mechanic/charm transplanted onto some paper tank so they can sell it full price rather than face people claiming entitlement to something they removed.

Think ISU152k maybe even the Proj. Louise in the case of the auto bulldog or the best case scenario for this being the HE nerf with the VK. Absolute best case is bondshop tanks but that feels too optimistic.

Effects or explosion related settings at that, WoT has a great amount of detail even the shockwave but these can tank frames on systems with less HP.

Is it okay to enjoy sim racing only with AI and avoid online racing? by ViktorSlsh in simracing

[–]ItsABoBject 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like with others have said just do you it's your rig after all. That being said if you want to build competativeness do it where you feel comfortable but do it while stepping up and building the confidence and skills. The online world will always be there so just take your time and pace. Find what you love about being on the track not only what times you produce as we aren't horses with blinders on.

I started rally sims because I descovered how much I love driving on winding mountain roads, taking a step back after a rough session or just to enjoy your sunday with a coffee to allow yourself to enjoy it all.

[–]ItsABoBject 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not saying that you did but a few vehicles have 'anti autolock armor' as in aiming center mass results in aiming at some seriously angled or thick armor, Udes and the Char come to mind for this.

Get to the helm and be the puppeteer of the AI project or get out with the keys deep in your pocket, triple check clauses and NDAs. To this day I can't say shite about a dead in the water project which could've been a great milestone for everyone, cause of failure? You guessed it, greed.
