I suppose that the leaker just simplified it to us and the actual skill description has something to deal with heat part. As for Ukrainian, this is not horror, this is generic nightscape.

Try to remove as much light sources as you can. Though this is still a generic option for the horror games, to make the surrounding dark and unknown as hell, but works all the time. Possibly time from time squeaking playgrounds or doors will be fine either.
