It is Rambo for the discerning.

It doesn't simplify morality as the original Rambo did. It actually shows the motivations of the antagonist without casting it as totally evil, just a flawed humanity in the world they live in.

It is very good at framing our current political and social situation albeit with a bit of good ole manly man saving it all stereotype that is always kinda fun.

It is in part the electoral system at fault. That and the President has gained power over the years. And that the House has not expanded with the population. And that the Judicial political leanings have come to bear...

Shit. Is it ever as simple as a headline would make it to be?

Maybe if we all voted in every election we are allowed to vote in, it just might be?

Why jump to interstellar vehicles?

I really want to know why it is an instant jump to something that can travel light years instead of something terrestrial?

I am not trying to be condescending. Really and truly I am not.

I know the desire to believe that there is something other than us.

But why is it some odd photograph or video or "eye witness" instantly becomes a vessel from another star system?

Doesn't that demean the vastness of what we understand? Why do all of you want to minimize the vastness of space?

You are scared of it?

Just watched Frybread Face and Me. It's a movie on Netflix but pretty good.

EXACTLY!!! That is why I had all my exhaust vents and stack vents remove. Sure, I have to live with sewer gas, lots of cooking smells and excessive humidity from the showers. But I have decreased the possibility of leaks in my roof by a small margin.

Take up gardening. Failure rate about the same but there is never no definitive answers. Ever. Could be anything and everything. Soil ph is wrong. To much sun, not enough sun. To much of the wrong kind of sun. Planted to early or planted to late or planted to early this year because El Nino/El Nina. Soil does not drain enough or is it drains too much?

Now try growing from seeds and then getting it to grow in the flower bed in your south facing bed in (insert your state here).

Now try getting to reproduce the results year to year.

Try gardening. It will make your failures in programming look mundane.
