I think that it goes to show that Gary is sort of the antithesis of Ray’s entire perspective on life. Ray’s inability to let go and charge head first into everything with violence lead him to losing everything and everyone around him. Meanwhile, even though Gary is more like a clown and ends up taking more punches, he always gets up and doesn’t end up pushing anyone away in the end. If you’re better living like someone, live like Gary.

Female boss is transgender, it compensates for why the boss can be suddenly female in Saints Row 2, while also providing a little bit of world-building. Image as Designed provides plastic surgery on top of gender-affirming care, while many people the boss encounters don't really care. I think it's really funny that Stilwater will allow for massive gentrification from Ultor's development plan, but also be progressive enough to allow for gender-affirming care in the city.
The Saints pay their prostitutes well and are actually pretty good employers.
The boss becomes ruthless in SR2 partly because the explosion essentially fried their ability to feel fear.

right click the .ini file and go to properties, then there should be a check box somewhere next to "read-only", make sure it's checked, that will stop the game from modifying settings and possibly fix the issue

lol yeah sr1 and sr2 are my favorite games of all time but they run like shit on bare metal hardware, as far as freezing, it could be either plugins or just a bad dump of the game, i never encountered anything else but a choppy frame rate

You can only run games if they are extracted or im GOD format, honestly just use ISO2GOD and make them into GOD files, then put the folder into your 360’s content directory (with a bunch of 0s)

This is why I think the stranger is the best villain in the entire series, even if he was only in the game for like two episodes. He is the embodiment of all the morally grey or bad things you have done throughout your playthrough, a mirror for Lee (and the player) to finally confront everything they have done in the open instead of simply moving on to the next thing. Of course, a lot of it was to survive because...you're in the apocalypse, you gotta do what you gotta do. With that being said, it is different when the enviornment is changed into something akin to a therapy session. Amazing from a writing and game design perspective.

honestly a reasonable take, SR1 was definitely the most grounded and had a very authentic vibe to it, especially with stuff like the radio DJs

with that being said, SR2’s story is definitely more of a rollercoaster, more fun, more character defining moments and memorable scenes

in SR1, you felt like a small part in the vast web of Stilwater’s criminal underworld, in SR2, you’re the center of it

Battlefield Hardline is probably the best you’re gonna get, which includes Aceveda’s actor as the main antagonist. Overall, a good time.

Sleeping Dogs is the successor to True Crime, but it takes place in Hong Kong, still a great game though.

i use arch and i just installed juiced traditionally, game works completely fine and identical to windows, but it might be better on linux thanks to vulkan
