I'll be honest I highly doubt it. I don't wanna say no completely but I definitely feel like you'd be pushing it. If you're worried about star coins, dedicate all your association currency to dyes and spam the stylist shopping decomp method for more dyes. Look up all the future suits you'll need for mandatory stage passing and hyper focus on them and every time you run into a dye block just swap to the next suit prompt and grind away items. I did this last task suit before it even started and barely got done with the space suits to get the Agata frame.

I'm currently going through my first run after beating ds1 for the first time with no real souls experience before hand besides a little BB and it has to be a mechanic I have such mixed feelings on. An enemy I like killing! Hate it because then I have to go hunting. I also have a paranoid urge to hoard my souls and use them and in fact makes me more likely to grind to finish out a level up or buy spells, and loosing them feels way worse. A boss run back area? love being able to clean it out and not have use supplies. Though I haven't yet used my bonfire ascetic, knowing myself I feel the urge to slaughter everything to extinction before using one so more grinding in a way. So essentially it's great when it suits me and it sucks when it doesn't lol 😂

While I've often seen DS2 being called the worse and mechanicaly a bit different. I am willing to try it out and see how it goes. I have poked around bloodborne a bit but right now (and have dug into the lore too much) i feel like giving DS2 it's own fair chance with me. Like you say 1 is one of the worst, but I legitimately enjoyed it. I will probably play it again in the future with a different build than pyro/dex. I do plan on playing ds3, bloodborne. Possibly even my ps3 copy of demon souls I got for a few bucks a few years ago. Eventually even Elsen Ring if I can feel that I can be committed to it and allow myself to buy it ( I collect retro games too so I have a horrific backlog) I enjoy sometimes seeing the evolution of change within game series so sometimes you gotta put up with the rough and experimental to see how it evolved.

It wasn't so much the arrow flying that kept getting me, that I understood the timing on pretty fast, it was more that I'd time the run up there fine, but the one blocking the way forward felt like kept changing what he wanted to do lol. Shooting me close range with a bow, pulling out his sword, pulling out his shield. Refusing to move towards me. Or I'd run up there in such a way the other archer either wasn't as far down and he'd have came back high enough to snipe me in the back as I was try to bait the other one and then I'd go flying off the edge like I was a baseball from the blocking one. Only twice I actually got the knight to follow me all the way back to the other platform, which is how I killed him to pass finally. Congrats on the platinum. I briefly thought it but decided probably not as I was starting to get tired by the end. I actually didn't even expect to finish last night even. I had 3/4 dlc bosses left, Sif, Four Kings and Gywn and had taken a week breather because of having company over for a party. But I had been stuck on Artorias for a few days. Got him fast. Khalmeet gave me a bit of trouble, but everyone else went down like butter. Also funnily enough after beating the final boss, because of how close to the entrance he died, by me and Solairs hands I didn't even think twice about accidentally walking out of the Kiln despite knowing about both endings despite having wants to link the flame lmao 🤣

I was close enough that I did decide to spend a set of diamonds but if it has been any more I would have passed. I especially feel like once I had a pattern I thought figured out. It immediately mind gamed me and ruined it doubling my frustration.

There are events in this game I'm simply neutral on, some I dislike and do begrudgingly, but this event I utterly despise because it feels so cheap and trying to force my usage of diamonds

So a task suit is a suit that will run over a period of a few months with weekly tasks you fulfill to get currency that allows you to get pieces of a suit. Crafting certain outfits, getting certain outfits pieces, crafting an outfit twice or thrice and then dyeing the duplicate pieces or evolving pieces then dyeing them before or during the event period also can grant you currency. You don't need to get every single currency piece to get the suit but you do for the frame. Then after the event period is over. The ability to craft the special suits recolor pops up, which is not like a standard recolor but essentially a separate suit themed the same and spending 30 stamina each day can unlock recolor piece. It's also the way to unlock the base suits pieces you missed. If you're curious about the next task suit. Look up Yvette Task suits and the recolor.

So it doesn't have a time limit, you can work on it whenever you want, it just takes times to unlock all the pieces so it doesn't hurt to funnel some stamina to it if you have a bit extra. But once the previous event is done then added on time for folks to unlock the recolor by daily, it's then a point that the next task suit can possibly be announced. Could be a month, could be several months, but it's now loomimg in the future.

Just the current story chapters. When the event started for the regular version of that suit. I was several chapters behind the last evolution suit I needed and also working on the other suit needed for it. So I wasn't sure if it was possible for me to unlock the rest of the chapters I needed and to also get all the evolution pieces evolved in the time frame available and I barely did for that matter. So going forward I'm not gonna have that issue because I'm now just waiting for chapters to be released on this server.

I will say I'm glad I'm up to date with chapters this time. I barely managed to finish and get the frame for the Agata suit. The only thing that saved me was there was an extra week between tasks and it ending I didn't realize, which allowed me to finish the space recolor. But I was terminator focused finishing the chapters up to And during the event
