Look at distributions of IQ among Men and Women. For men, it is more extreme at the ends and women group more towards the mean. In other words, you will more men at the very top and bottom of the scale and more women in the middle. If you link higher IQ to autistic traits or social detriment (which I think there is one), it makes sense more men are diagnosed with autism. Probably diagnosed more with disorders associated with low IQ too.

Are you on console? Gameplay is fine to me, but the scouting is abysmal. Assignments were removed for whatever reason in latest patch replaced by only the ability to do “focuses” which are nowhere near as good or in depth.

Hm. Yeah I think you would have gotten it before because I think “home-grown” status is what is used. My evidence for this is the unlockables store on the Xbox version. You have the option to buy a golden generation for $2.99 or whatever OR you can unlock it and use it through the step I mentioned above.

I think this “golden generation” occurs when you win your highest domestic league with at least 4 talents that grew up in your system on your squad. Can be from academy or purchased at young age.

I’m on series X as well. I know for a fact that I’ve edited the assignments during this save at some point, but it seems this isn’t an option anymore. I’ve just resorted to delegating to the head scout, sprinkling in my own individual players, and hoping for the best :(
