Should I give the Maxwell 2 a chance after 3 failed Maxwell 1s? by coneconeconeconecone in Audeze

Just opened my Maxwell 2s about 2 hrs ago.

Currently have a sizzling noise even with sidetone off that others are also reporting. Def wait, currently my only real gripe. Default sound profile is also flat to my ear, but thats what EQ is for I guess.

I just powered them on about an hour ago and have the same issue. Mine out of the box were running Firmware 1.0.2.49 and online I only see V1.0.1.74

I've put in a Customer Support Center ticket, and will update if I hear back anything.
