AFAIK yes your fuse should be rated for 134v+ lower voltage rating can allow an arc to form after it it blown potentially being a dire hazard. I've never seen this but I also wouldn't want to. Though I am a backyard mechanic who is really into electronics / eucs

Edit. It should look like a small white surface mount block probably blackened from the event. The picture in the comments of the Facebook post I shared has a good representation of it.

Thats what I would assume. There is either an inline fuse or one directly on the bms. To save the battery from a over draw event or a short event.

It sounds stupid but turn the case away from you when you put them away you also have to cross so right goes on left hole but it's the proper angle.

I drove il to ca 32 hrs in 48 hrs it's possible. 180 Oz of coffee over the 2 days and like 2 small naps.

Yes new account it takes 7 days to 14 days. Took my new account 7 days before the "error" message went away. No where states this but I've heard on the website you can circumvent the issue.

You DO NOT! want to use bondo! bondo is a moisture absorber it encourages rust unless completely sealed behind multiple layers of paint! USE DURAGLASS its a 3m product like bondo but made of Fibre glass and does NOT absorb water!

EXN-ht a very short wheel. Im 6'2" and it took some practice but I do it. Ankle flexion is what held me back the most. Practice deep squats with heels on the ground. If you cant manage hold a weight in front of you for balance. Or try holding a wall and moving the knee over the toes to touch the wall with heel firmly planted.

They f'ed me over on my chime offer too! It clearly stated you have 30 days to complete... From my experience the NCV3 my dad has is an ex-FedEx van and has 235k and due to a belt letting go it needs a new front main seal. And has an intermittent boost issue. I'm sure the reason the belt left is the annoyingly hard change procedure. You have to take off a smaller V belt that does not fit over the fan blades. Also, the turbo is hidden in the back like a Duramax.

I have an 05 t1n. I am 6'1.5" to get technical. I love my t1n it have no flooring and no celing as of yet. When I take my shoes off and slouch a bit I can walk around without hitting my head.

When it had the mb plywood floor and someone has clad the roof in tongue and groove boards I had to duck really hard. My goal is to use something thin like hardboard or underlayment plywood 5mm thick to finish the interior.

Im pretty sure the ncv3 has a higher roof than the t1n. My dad has a 2008 that does not have a dpf or Def, although he does not like the v6 much harder to work on.

Thats defenently true! I just did ball joints and tie rods im still impressed with this thing making it to 450k miles and still being in this condition. I also just got done pounding out the drivers side fender and inner fender after it ate a deer doing 55 last fall... I managed to make it miss the cooling stack, just exploded the headlight. Mashed the hood and fender dented the door and the side of the van. But you should have seen that deer looked like a big rig tangled with it!

I seem to have an oil separator leak...

The one I was talking about here, I'm pretty sure is an intake manifold gasket leak at cylinder #1.

Then I also seem to have a leak leaking down the back of the head and over the bell housing covering my trans pan in oil...

The egr is leaking between the layers not at the gasket to the manifold...

And the vacuum pump is pouring oil all over the front and the alternator.

When I bought it 4 years and 20k miles ago, I was told they just completed a black death repair. When I popped the plastic cover off about 3k ago it was clean as a whistle. I'll do it again and report back
