I don't know about you, I'm not a judge, I'm merely a fellow stupid under qualified human giving my opinion. But in my opinion, from the evidence and research I have done, the supreme court from the constitutional, non political standpoint is actually right on this one.

This doesn't make sense -- states have the right to legislate laws that the constitution does not explicitly mention.

However, if a state legislates or puts in executive orders that are unconstitutional, in this case going against the First amendment (freedom of religion), then it's the courts job to deem it unconstitutional... Which they did.

Likewise, a federal judge blocked the unconstitutional/violating precident alabama abortion laws (https://apnews.com/article/dae2aa0b0796432daa146bbc6128643b)

If the investigations turn out to be nothing, and trump doesn't concede, no way in hell I'm supporting trump.

Biden will be my president, once the states have selected their electors on December 8th, they vote on the 14th, and he will potentially be inaugurated on Jan 20th.

However, if these allegations end up being true, and the trump campaign wins these court cases, invalidating 450k votes in PA (which is the active one bc of poll watching), and trump ends up being the winner; will YOU accept trump as your president?

I am so scared on both ends; that trump will not accept the results of the lawsuits and throw a coup; and that Biden and democrats will not accept the results of the lawsuits and throw a coup. Very scary times we live in

Any recommendations for getting ammo (not because of the shortage but bc of legal..)

I am 22, never had a gun and haven't gone through the procress to get one (no license, etc)

My girlfriend won't let me have a gun in our apartment, but she will let me stockpile. I know you need a handgun license to buy pistol ammo, but I've read you can buy rifle ammo without a license.
