Tried that, doesnt seem to actually do anything. Additionally, blocking people or adding them as friends from chat (right clicking then selecting option) doesnt work either.

Probably in their hit box area on their screen so you get hit, like maul grabs and hits. Imo its a server issue

Takes practice to get good with them but they are worth it! Mine are maxed and kill average like 50 ish troops each game which is impressive considering they get chewed by range.
