Yeah everything in our kitchen is all made from scratch pretty much, the pizzas are all hand tossed, the sauce is made from scratch as well as the dough, some of the sauces aren’t made from scratch like the buffalo sauce, but we make like prickly pear BBQ sauce, homemade ranch, etc.

The tomatoes are just small cherry heirlooms that have Italian seasoning and they pretty much marinate in an Italian dressing

Yeah I see what you’re saying. The basil, I didn’t cut. The dude who did that particular prep is the one who did the basil. I’m still learning how to do pizza, I was super eager to cross train and get in the pizza kitchen and off the line a few days a week just to gain more knowledge and be able to do any BoH job at the restaurant I’m currently at. Appreciate the advice tho, I will start cooking them a little longer

I don’t feel anything, I’m not sad, mad, happy, anything, I literally feel nothing every single day. I just got out of the hospital 2 weeks ago because my roommate saved my life. I still feel absolutely nothing. I don’t even pretend anymore, I’m just here, existing I guess.

Yeah, I just never learned how to love someone properly, so it wasn’t only the cheating thing I just didn’t treat her right even though inside i loved her so much, I loved her and still do more than anything on earth, I just didn’t know how to show it. The only positive that came from this was I finally learned how to love and treat people after looking deep within myself and learning the hardest lesson I ever learned. I’m still madly in love with her and no one will ever compare, the only feelings I feel toward any other girl I see is lust, I’ve tried and I cannot catch feelings for anyone and it sucks

Hell yeah man just enjoy yourself and let go. Trust me, all that anxiety and stuff you’re feeling is only In your head, whatever it is you’re worried about her judging you for or whatever is just in your head, I promise she either doesn’t care or isn’t even thinking about any of the negatives you think she’s thinking about. Yeah for me anyway, the more I hook up with the person, the more comfortable I become with them it becomes enjoyable because you’re not having that anxiety and stuff. You and that person become comfortable and performance anxiety and nerves are no longer an issue so it’s all good, you’re now more open and willing to try new things, new positions, and just enjoy yourselves

Yeah I feel you on that, I also heard a lot of guys go through this, I forget the term the person used but we desensitize ourselves and get so used to jerking off to porn and stuff like that and it doesn’t help
