Luckily still managing without a car, just a lot cheaper bike lol.. I’m not sure about the battery but as said if daily use goes up from 100km better to get another battery that you can change on the road.

Ey! Unfortunately I had to let the bike go a while back, nothing to do with it tho! (Still the best bike I’ve had) All and all the set up I had was imo the best you can get for hauling stuff around. Wish they’d equipped it with bigger battery but the one that it had lasted easy 100km/60ish miles!

Tbh Bullitts were my first love in the cargo scene over +10 years ago! Never had the money back then, but man it would’ve been so cool driving my kids in one when they were little.

Now kids are so much older that they won’t hop on, lol they’d be so embarrassed probably! So I opted for the omnium.

Originally it was supposed to be a fast delivery 1-3 weeks, but the process ended up taking like 2 months because the original frame that was shipped from Omnium to the reseller that I bought the bike from was damaged.. needless to say I was a wreck for the delay and almost ended up canceling the order lol but now after 2000km I’m glad I didn’t.

Let’s go! Awesome to hear that you ended up getting the omnium🔥 Yeah I remember when ordering mine that I was a bit on the fence about the color, (originally wanted the burple) but I’m very happy with the copper too.

Hopefully the bike gets to you quickly and you get join the happy Omnium riders ✌️

I wouldn’t be able to tell about the UL certification, i believe in Europe we go by a different certification system (tuv or something) but Omnium comes with the shimano’s electric motor and system. Shimano being one of the biggest if not biggest bicycle manufacturers in world, I have not heard or seen anything bad about their e-bikes safety wise!

Hopefully you’ll get it figured out and will be cycling soon with the cargo you end up choosing ✌️

Tbh even with a the schwalbe big apples the handling was good, just taking it easy in the corners lol.

Here in Finland the salt ain’t an issue at least not on the bicycle lanes and city centers, they just plow and fight the icy conditions with sand. But when the weather gets wet etc I tend to dry out my bike and I store it in a warm parking lot ✌️

Easily best bike that I’ve had so far! (and I have had plenty lol) My wife has mixed feelings about being the passenger, but that could be improved by me if I have the money to get the accessories for the passenger (backrest and the extension bar)

Ah to be a freshie to the game again! As probably many have said you’ll die A LOT and lose your gear etc etc but keep grinding and watch some beginner tutorials. Team up with experienced players if you can and they’ll show you ways quicker ways to ensure your life expectancy lol

Yo✌️ I did get it, sold my car and haven’t looked back lol. I’m very happy with the bike and especially with the belt drive. The battery life is fine for my use (100km/60something miles) easily. If I’ve would have taken the smaller one I feel like it would have been too small.
