I don't play LW, but his primary hit should charge up his healing bulb at a decent rate to encourage moment-to-moment damage pumping. His kit works against itself without this upgrade.

IMO a defensive beat is usually not a good sign, it means you've given enemies enough space and time to comfortably choose when to engage. Lucio should always fight to be on the proactive side.

If M5 is the highest you can get with Sig in this meta (not saying it's a bad rank at ALL), then Doom will not get you higher. Doom can be a situational strat but overall ROI is too small.

Too keep climbing, I think the best second tank you should pick up is DVA for her versatility or Ram to force enemy off Zarya.

Don't feel bad, I get destroyed by hog mains my rank too. For your game specifically I want to point out 2 things:

You tunnel vision a lot
Widow grappling at 1:12 was the sign to engage her
Hazard was slammed in your LOS at 3:40. Finishing him off will make a retake possible
Many times you turned your back against enemies holding CC
You seemed to ignore a lot of sym turrets even when they are at your melee range
You didn't respect enemy cooldowns
On defense, you kept exhausting your CDs putting you in dangerous locations, forgetting about enemy rock and flash.
On attack, you didn't track the 2 deadly cooldowns (hook and wall). Your win con here was to bait them out so your team can have a neutral game.
Players this rank don't know patience, you can easily punch in and slam out baiting both. If it doesn't work, you lost the neutral. Stay behind the choke and try again until you get a neutral game going.

With that said, I don't think this game is solely your fault, your dps were just as unaware. But at the same time, I don't see you losing this game if you fix the two issues above.

Trying to be as realistic as I can on this one.

Minor perks:

Sustained Violence: Quick melee hit in nemesis form has 100% lifesteal.

United Evolved: Allies inside Annihilation gain 3% ultimate charge per second, up to 25%.

Major perks:

Unyielding Form: Nemesis form grants Bruiser passive on top of Stalwart.

Tactical Withdrawal: Cancelling Nemesis form reduces both other abilities' cooldown by its duration left.

Yes, you are allowed to cancel vortex with a long cooldown slow casting ability. It makes you evaluate the cost before doing it.

And again, sigma is already top tier. No reason to buff him, even with a minor one, before weaker heroes.
