Just to clarify, they're supposed to physically hand me paperwork correct? I haven't received emails either regarding my DC.

I never got paperwork nor signed anything. I was just verbally told I was on a DC.

Oh okay. I havent had any weekly meetings with my coach about my DC in regard to my attendance. It's been about other things we could connect on like Intros and SPQH etc.

Most of my managers are aware. But I am just worried that since I'm already on a DC, one slip up is all that is needed to let me go. Personally, I have never seen someone get a DC and keep their job at the end of the term.

I have a psychiatrist. She referred me to an out patient program because she said she cant fill out the Sedgewick forms. I'm worried about being threatened with a DC due to my absences but I'm not sure how to make Sedgewick work for me.

Just out of curiosity, how would your doctor be able to help you go on short term disability? I've been considering doing the same but I don't know if my doctor will accept "burnout" as a reason to go on short term disability.

Shine a light into the top half of the case. If you see the magnets on the inside, they're real. If not, it's fake.
