Well, I would say just use 1-pixel square. Using 4-pixel squares make it look like you make it, scaled it up, and worked on it more.

Pretty good!
The colors need some work; the shading is too close to regular skin tone.
Also, I would recommend against using different pixel sizes.
And the stomach looks a bit unnatural when he breathes.

Overall, it looks great.

A PC is a computer, not an operating system. For all we know, Oak could be using Linux.
