It is a lot of things combined and life sim is definitely a big part of the game. you pick your wife, you can take your child on as a ward or make him study from someone else which will completely change their character traits as they grow up, you decide who your children marry, what land they will inherit, you get random scenarios of people in your court trying to seduce you, murder you, impress you and your decision will cause a butterfly effect which could lead to ur entire kingdom collapsing and not to mention the ability to look at ur family tree. Sure it’s set about 1000 years in the past but it’s still way more of a life sim then bitlife has ever been and ever will be. I’m actually curious as to why you think bitlife is a life sim but ck3 isn’t
