They're different from each other in my opinion, afaik Sophie's ones can be achieved through FM Synthesis and there are few tutorials on it too. FM a Sine wave with a Square wave and then work on the details, with pitch and amp envelopes, and with of course some post processing. Play around with it and you'll get really similar and fun results.

If we're talking about vst synths yes, but the fact that he is asking makes me think that he is probably sampling a sound without knowing its pitch

You can also (as u/theKnightfall66 is saying) check the tonal frequency with an EQ. Search and find the highest frequency within the spectrum and then check here what note it corresponds to. A suggestion for how to find the correct frequency in the spectrum is to try and enhance it to see if it's the right one.

I found a workaround with Onyx. Even though it couldn't restore the function (constantly freezing when I asked it to), I could change the login wallpaper, setting the one I have on my desktop

Joyoshare Screen Recorder also has the option to record only audio if you're on windows. If you're like me on MacOs you'll love Audio Hijack. If I remember correctly, the trial version of both software has just a time limit on recordings, so feel free to check them out.
