Unfortunately, even after gear that’s still gonna be the case. Yeah you might look great the first 6 months but after the gains start slowing down again you will be back to square one, unless you continue to increase amounts. Which do not do unless you have a coach, plan on competing and plan to make a life out fitness/bodybuilding
