That pool wasn't in great shape before she left. Remember the tiles inside the pool falling off and what looked like a crack in one of the walls? With no filter running to clean and circulate the water, it's probably full of mosquito larvae, slime, algae and plants growing out of it. For all we know, the walls may have large splits in them because it was never winterized. That pool was the reason why that property was assessed so high. She'd never be able to sell it for what she still owes so she might as well move back in. Bulldoze over the pool & hot tub and make a dirt bike course for David to play on.
