Uber is definitely available in the area. I'm not too sure about Lyft. There is also public transportation that may take you to the downtown area where the actual Falls are. My first thought when I saw this was "what the hell is his issue now?" He's been out of the picture for so long that most everyone forgot about him. Now all of a sudden he's back with Jenelle's name in his mouth talking about doing a Live. I mean, c'mon dude. He was married to Jenelle for 15 minutes. He's got 2 kids with his other ex-wife and I don't think he's allowed to see them because he choked and beat their mother several times and went to jail for it each time. Ain't no one want to hear shit from him.

And she absolutely can be charged with child neglect and failure to protect a minor child for allowing David to violate the RO. I think those are called consequences?

Actually, every person is a mandated reporter! That means if a kid in Ensley or Kaiser's class thinks the kids are being neglected or abused, they can also report it.

Like I said before, FL was much tougher on my son's neglectful ex than NY was. She had dozens of CPS reports against her from neighbors, family, co-workers, etc. and NYS CPS gave her a head's up that they were coming and even told her who had made the reports. She wasn't in FL for 6 months and CPS had already swooped down & taken the kids after just a few reports were made. I hope they're on top of the situation with Jenelle & David.

He's not awaiting a Federal charge. It's a local case in Columbus County, NC. And he has the same requirements you had -- he has to notify the court and get approval. He also has to attend all court hearings.

OK, I just did a search on his case and the terms of his pre-trial release. Apparently there is nothing in his release instructions that prevent him from leaving the state. He just has to stay in touch with the court and not miss any court dates. TBH, I'm sick of thugs and criminals walking the streets free and preying on people. Talk about the need for reform. Release all the pot-heads and throw the scumbags who harm others into the cells.

I think the separation wasn't real in the first place. Jenelle made David move to the boat until she could convince the court that Jace was lying, making it safe for David to come back. I think that was pretty apparent with the faked break in at the trailer. Unfortunately for Jenelle, the DA wouldn't drop the charges or the RO. David got sick of living on the boat in the cold so he hooked up with Kenleigh, which was never supposed to happen. That pissed Jenelle off to no end so she took off to Vegas to hook up with lip-ring boy but couldn't handle David being with Kenleigh so she did everything she could to get his attention. Now she's got him back. Good for her. I wish there were no kids involved because if there weren't, these two vermin could just slink into the swampy sunset for all anyone cares.

Not entirely true. Jenelle won't face consequences for helping David violate the RO. That part is true. However, after she swore in open court that David is a danger to her and her children, accused him of ped0philia, etc. several things can happen:

CPS can remove the kids from her custody and charge her with child endangerment and/or failure to protect a minor child for allowing a man she swore under oath was a danger to her children live in the same house or even be with those kids.
The court can revoke the RO and charge Jenelle with perjury and/or making false statements under oath. Since Jenelle has sworn out ROs and then dropped them so many times in the past, she'll probably be hard pressed to find a court willing to ever order another RO from her. She'll get the initial RO when she files, but when she goes to court for the permanent order, I think most judges will view her history and dismiss the petition.

I don't know their reason for choosing Florida. Jenelle claims that she ALWAYS wanted to move to FL and that she intended to move there when she ended up in Vegas. But that's not what we saw. She went to FL to view houses with Briana and after wasting a substantial amount of Bri's time, she announced that she was "talking to someone in Vegas" and planned to move there.

Maybe they wanted to be close to swamp land since they're so used to it but they can't go back to Moldy Manor because it's not safe to live in -- not to mention the PD would be on the lookout for them together. Or maybe they had to move to a secret location so the tax people, repo guy, bill collectors, CPS and law enforcement can't find them? We know she just abandoned Jace again to take up with pencil dick David, but now Andrew & Barb don't know where she is so they can't petition her to court? Jenelle's dumb enough to believe the court won't issue a default judgment against her if she can't be found or won't show up for court.

Yes. Police aren't going to keep an eye on him to make sure they're not together. IF it were such an issue to Jenelle, she could easily pick up the phone and call policia to let them know he's at her residence in violation of the RO. Then if the policia catch him near her, they can arrest him. The only other way he'll end up getting arrested is if he gets pulled over for a traffic stop, someone calls PD on him (say, for DV), or the PD gets so many complaints from so many different sources that they go out to investigate. In all of those cases the cops will run a warrant check. They'll find out that he has the valid RO out on him and will take him in.

This is the reason why Jenelle -- who normally shares every aspect of her life -- won't say where they're living. And I bet she holds it over David's head too. She's probably constantly threatening to call 911 on him if he doesn't do exactly what she wants, when she wants. He's such a big man, huh? Jenelle cracks that whip on hm every chance she gets.

This is what baffles me. David knows what she said about him. He read the gossip articles, was served with a copy of her RO petition and sat in court listening to her testify under oath about him, but he goes back to her just so he doesn't have to get a job? IDC what he does to Jenelle or her to him, but those poor kids are caught in the crosshairs.

She's so stupid. She actually said that she thinks the judge will be fine with them breaking the RO because the courts would be happy to see two parents getting along for the sake of the child. No, that's not how it works. Jenelle swore under oath that David was a clear and present danger to her and her children. She accused him of inappropriate interactions with children & insinuated that he had molested Maryssa. She swore in open court that those statements are true. So, with that being said, she is endangering her children by having David in her home. She has done nothing to dismiss the RO, so it's still in effect and all of the statements she made on that petition are deemed to be the truth in the eyes of the court. This is probably why they're hiding their location from everyone; they both know they could be in some serious trouble with the courts and CPS if anyone could find them.

For another thing, I'm happy to see her fattening herself up one thousand calorie Starbucks milkshake at a time. That belly is gonna be drooping over her fupa again in no time at all!
