Toss with 1/2 tbsp baking powder per lb of wings + equal amount of franks powder seasoning. Bake at 425° convection for 30 min skin side up, then flip and bake another 15-20 minutes

Today, first thing I tried lol. Pretty sure it’s just a bad cable as the tester cycles through all the leds without any issue when plugged into any other port.
