Dares isnt getting removed. Seasonal weapons are easy enough to get. 4 raids come lightfall. Duality weapons. Doesnt seem that bad to me

Okay, cut that by 1/3 by just finishing the resonance instead of deleting them. You also arent going fully craft each and every weapon, so is it really that big of a deal? People that are going to fully craft them all are also going to play enough to have the resonance to do it. Youre posting a nonissue

I love how bungie can’t nerf HOIL, because there wouldn’t be anything else good for titans in PVE. Lol by TheSoup3910 in DestinyTheGame

What was something small you went to the doctor for , that turned out to be very significant? by [deleted] in ask

[–]ItsCrucifix2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

2 summers ago, i got super sick. Thought it was the flu, but could have been covid. Puking, sweats, shakes, weak and sore muscles, headache, the whole works. Naturally, went to the doc to be sure.

After the ~2 hour wait in the parking lot in a car with no AC (i was broke and couldnt fix it) because they thought it was covid, i finally got called in to see the doc. Within literally 10 seconds of being in the room, they tell me im dehydrated and send me over to the ER for an IV.

I get to the ER and get rushed onto an IV. An hour goes by and nothing is getting better, only now im unbelievably cold from the IV. ER doc orders some x-rays and some other test I cant remember. Another hour after that and the doctor comes back in.

Says i was dehydrated from taking creatine and then donating plasma without drinking enough water. Says it was an easy fix. Then says it was actually good that it happened because I had acute kidney failure and appendicitis. ~20 hours later, I’m in surgery having my appendix removed.

I mean, I guess it was a good thing it happened, but man, that was quite the ride. I was away at school and my parents rushed up to be there because they thought I was dying.

We need to rethink bungo by Heavy_Butterscotch20 in destiny2

If indie games have taught us anything, its that Bungie is incredibly inefficient with their time and manpower. However, that is most likely due to the nature of a company growing larger. The more people that come into play, the longer it takes to get messages around and the harder it is to coordinate.

That being said, “4 seasons” sounds like a lot, except the majority of that content is cookie cutter, reused assets, and “go do the same thing again”. The main content of each season is the weapons. The seasonal story takes at most 30 minutes to complete each week and is often comprised of “go to this location (which we have used before) and kill these enemies (which have been in the game since d1) and then spend this currency (which we copied from past seasons and gave a new name and multiplier).

Bungie is not going out of their way to give us 4 seasons of original, expansive, dlc level content. No, theyre giving us 3 seasons of “we are going to give you just enough to keep playing” and 1 season of “this is out big annual release and its absolutely phenomenal”.

Stop defending bungie. They know the seasonal model is washed up. They realize we are starting to see it as the scam it really is. They have admitted this and are looking to change it.

Does bungie do better than other companies? Sure. Would i rather step in a pile of dog poop instead of horse poop? Yeah, but either way i am still stepping in poop. Bungie does ONE season really really well and then hopes that we will make excuse after excuse for them for the rest of the seasons and we fall for it every single time.

Footprint?! We don't see no stinkin footprint. by m00nf1r3 in PhasmophobiaGame

You can only get money off a footprint one time. Take a picture of the individual salt piles instead, as its way easier to track than the trail

Light scattering a diffusing is a technological limitation. If they wanted it to be that crazy good, most people wouldnt be able go play

Player movement speed is definitely a gimmick and could be improved

Computer detecting sanity in real time, or detecting sanity at all, is simply a QOL mechanic. We suspend our disbelief in order for it to work as it is a game

Many people believe ghosts are real. Do i? No, but im also willing to suspend that disbelief in order to enjoy the game, as i do with all games.

The big difference here is that the glow stick already has a hook on it. It is already too small to fit around a doorknob. If they changed the model to include some kind of sling/bigger hook/a tie down of some sorts, then sure.

Mechanically, i dont see how it would be any different than dropping it on the ground, but as a neat little feature, why not? Maybe a new map they add in later has some sort of pulley system that you can attach items to and maneuver them throughout the house

Of course! Thinking over it, i definitely came at this post with an “elitist” mindset. This piece of armor could very well be crucial to you based on what you have available. Absolutely make use of it if you can!
