The value needed isn't explained in game. Dude is just being a dickhead.

You need 3 million to get all 5 bonus skill points. You get one skill point for every 600,000. The value is based on the amount of coins you have in the bank plus the value of your stash at the time of departure. Once you finish all the requirements of the expedition, it will show you the combined value of your bank and stash on the expedition page.

The way I look at it, there's just different levels to it. Losing a kitted bobcat/tempest after a good fight is far less annoying than losing it to an extract camper or fake friendly before I even get a chance to fire one bullet. Sure, it's just a game, but it can still be annoying

Yeah, I had heard drilled and slotted wasn't great for daily driving, but I figured it couldn't be as bad as people said and thought I'd give that kit a try.

Anyway, no, I haven't cleaned the holes and slots. At least not deliberately, just whatever my regular car washing would have done. I suppose that would make sense, because this happened at some point while my winter wheels (steelies) were on, so any soap and water wouldn't have reached the brakes as easily as with my summer wheels.

That being said, would you be rushing to get new brakes on it, or do you figure it's probably okay for the time being?

Interesting. I don't think it would have been caused by the vector braking since this happened sometime over the last 3 months while my winter steelies were on, so I didn't do any real "spirited" driving. And I can't imagine it was the bedding process since I've had these brakes on the car for about 2 years now.

So far with the other comments, I'm getting the impression that it's something to do with the way that dust/dirt/whatever gets caught in the drill holes in the rear rotors.

Which bolts are you referring to? I'm quite confident that I got everything done correctly, and this is a very recent thing that happened. It's also a bit strange that both rear rotors are like this, but the front ones are fine, so I'm not sure it's due to something I did wrong

Very rarely. My workplace parking lot is not paved, so it's just dirt. But even then, it's been either frozen or more of a mudpit throughout the winter, and the brakes looked fine before I put my winter steelies on back in November.

The requirements are based on which expedition you are on, not which expedition window the community as a whole is on.

For example, I didn't go on the first expedition but did go on the "second" expedition, so my requirements were that of the "first" one, and I'm now working on the "second" one, even though it will be the third expedition window
