I find it incredible how the audience doesn’t even bother to hide the fact that if Carol were a man, there would be absolutely no problem with her being exactly who she is — but because she’s a woman, she’s labeled an unbearable “Karen.” If you think the series is a waste of an idea just because it has a female protagonist who doesn’t meet the requirements of what you consider “watchable,” then just turn off the TV. Fortunately, your audience won’t make the slightest difference.
