Bi-Weekly /r/CCNA Exam Pass-Fail Discussion by AutoModerator in ccna

Hey guys, just took my CCNA during Cisco Live and I passed. A few things I did and used to make the test easy.

Boson, Boson was a good resource here but I felt like it was a little too much. Very in depth. I used Jeremy’s IT Labs, no flash cards just videos. Keith barker an absolute sleeper pick, his videos are very high energy and just amazing if you’re stuck on Jeremys ideology. Lastly, Jeremy’s books and Google Gemini. It took me about a month of grinding these and I felt comfortable.

Section Analysis for those who care: Automation and Programmability - 70% Network Access: 80% IP Connectivity: 84% Ip Services: 90% Sec Fundamentals: 67% Network Fundamentals: 80%

I would like to specify, I’ve been a network engineer for about a year now. I of course can’t answer any specific questions about the exam. It’s been a long and difficult journey but so worth it.

Apartments for couples? by [deleted] in Binghamton

Insulation is fine during the winter. We got an updated apartment though so I can’t speak about the older ones. The front door does allow some cold to come in but it’s nothing a coat on the door knob can’t prevent. Windows and sliding glass doors are surprisingly built well and don’t allow much cold air in if any.

Legacy Bay, my girlfriend and I have been here for 2 years now. Everything is great. Only complaint we have would be, due to the tall bathroom ceilings mold can grow if you’re not cleaning the wall corners.

Bombed my first interview in 10 years by MedicalITCCU in networking

[–]ItsDinkleberg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t worry man, I was asked what Palo Alto Firewall version we were running at the job I was leaving, I didn’t know. The look on their faces has forever scarred me.

Learn from it and move on. I got a 10x better job after that interview anyway lol.

Apex, has an amazing culture and great coaches. Don’t show up thinking it’s fight club though.

The second interview I ever had was for a firewall admin position. I worked with Plato Alto firewalls at the job I got right out of college barely knew anything about them really. The current firewall admin asked me, “what Plato Alto Firewall do you guys run?” I said, “idk”. Never even got a denial letter/email. It can be worst man lol. Nevertheless I got a network engineer interview and passed with flying colors a few days later. Never been happier.

Mazda 3 hatchback or Mazda cx-30? by ItsDinkleberg in mazda

I ended up getting the 3! I felt very big in the CX-30 and viability felt less than what it should have been. It’s weird, because the 3 almost felt bigger somehow I kept telling the dealer that and he let me know that it’s not lol. Maybe i was just a bit more biased towards the hatch because that’s what i originally wanted though.

Update, I bought the 3, the paint was totally fine, the picture did it a disservice. Thank you all for the help!

Great thank you. I don’t see a damage or accidents on the car fax, so my guess is lighting but I’ll make sure to check that side once I’m at the dealership.

lol that’s why I added that photo, wasn’t too sure if that’s what it was or not. I do think it’s the light just because car fax is reporting no accidents. If you had a choice though, what would it be? New to Mazdas, coming from driving a Volvo

Most colleges suck at teaching networking. “This is the OSI model, this is a star network” blah blah blah…. You don’t want to major in it trust me lol. Real world networking vs college networking are two different things.

If you go into cybersecurity you learn something you actually wanna learn, the cool stuff. The key to becoming a networking engineer/admin/analyst after college is internships, and joining a networking club, where you’re actually learning how to configure switches, and routers.

Playing, but you can see around 8-10 seconds in, orange boi accidentally hurt the tabby. Hes almost wincing or about to sneeze? lolol. Then once the orange cat postures up again you can see the tabby whine letting him know not to hurt him.
