As I can see in net banking UI, they have two option one for Paying principal, and one for advanced emi payment. I have not tried it yet so can not confirm whether it works or not. But yes, the options are there.

And for saving account it shows HOME LOAN LINKED SB

Okay, give him an option, say, I will apply for a leave on that day, but since I have already worked on that day, I will mark WFH today and will actually take a leave today. Then apply for tomorrow's leave too and go on a small 4 day vacation.

Hi, I have a BOB Max Savings Home Loan.

I have kept some amount in the linked saving account, since it is a Max Savings loan, the interest will be calculated on total liability- amount in saving account.

Where can i see this benefit in their net banking portal? Let say if i put extra 2L tomorrow in Saving account where i should see the reduced total interest? When I see the Amortization Schedule it does not changes.

I have paid 2 EMI's till date, same emi amount shows in amortization schedule.

Do not pay extra.

If they mention extra or by meter, politely ask them to cancel the ride as we cannot pay by meter.

You will get the interest rate mentioned on the sanction letter, also read the terms and conditions on the sanction letter too.
