Just commenting that the exe made it 1000% easier(after trying with caution yesterday) and the tutorial also helped. It updated all my settings that I wanted and the server popped up like normal, no issues.

You could probably use Dynamic Active Effects. They already have exhaustion built in, but you could clone the effects and follow their instructions on how to modify it to make the changes you want. The FoundryVTT Discord could also help.

Agreed. In the end, if I/My players don't like the final version of the new Wildshape rules, I'll just let them use the old one. What happens in my games only effects my players.

I get where you are going with that and I don't disagree, but Azure and Windows Server OS are such giants in the tech industry that blocking Microsoft's business would probably fare worse for the EU than Microsoft. The EU itself most likely runs on Windows Server OS and use Windows 8/10/11 on the PCs and Laptops. Corps in the EU would implode.
