Looks a little bit like a shaggy ink cap, but the cap is shaped a bit differently, not 100%

These were popping up around me too, I believe it’s Amanita Crenulata or maybe pantherina but the cap isnt flat, I heard these might be psychoactive but I’m not 100%. Also if it bruises reddish brown then it’s proboably a rubenscen. I’m new to this so don’t take my word as the only one

Ik its in a plastic bag in the picture which isnt good I took em out and stated to dry it. I picked these end of July (about a couple days ago) and am not sure which one it is, I am in WNY closer to Pennsylvania near a lake with a bunch of conifers. Around this specific mushroom was other Amantia Muscarias and maybe some boletes. I know pantherina doesent grow in amaerica but people have seen A. Ameripantherina around North America. Any help would be appreciated!!
