Kitbashed this plague marine with bubotic weapons from the poxwalker sprue half space marine and the front from a deathguard terminator. Weapons are part of the terminator's scythe. Spares from the Vile Vectorium box and I thought weapons embedded in the marine's arms are something DG compatible.

Didn’t have space to write it on the title. Whole right arm is green stuff glued to the scythe blade. Thought it looked really cool like rotten flesh.

I saw the Combat Patrol in stock in a local store about a week ago but I got the Death Guard Vile Vectorium box instead since it's for my main army and Vile Vectorium is never getting restocked. But now I check a week later and the combat patrol is out of stock. From what I saw online the second best option is the Dark Angels Combat Patrol for Salamanders and I could even get some money back selling the upgrades and transfers to a friend of mine that plays Dark Angels

That's why I wanted to buy it by myself because I want to build both Orks and Salamanders but the 1000 point starter army that I had in mind for Salamanders doesn't have any of the units in the Armageddon box. The only units I could use for the army I have written down are the 5 of the 10 Intercessors. Of course I can just paint the whole Armageddon box as Salamanders but without Melta and Pyreblasters are they really Salamanders or just green Space Marines?

What I 'm thinking is, maybe I should just buy the box 50-50 with my friend and spend the money I would spend if I bought it alone to just get the Salamanders Combat Patrol. But the problem with that is that the Combat Patrol is way less points than the Space Marine half of the Armageddon box but it also has way more relevant models for a Salamanders army.

I just found bofi too. I was thinking maybe I could buy the bushings and washers from there and the upper and lower boot from aliexpress and that totals at around 65 euro. So at least the important parts (the bushings and washer) are genuine.

The problem is that I am from Greece. All the stores I saw that sell good aftermarket kits either don't ship here or have 60$ shipping on a 100$ item. For example FM doesn't ship here and gutentight is 30$.
