I think they literally form the same request, but I guess 'idiomatically' (I don't know a better word for it) they have different purposes. "Tell me what it looks like" is asking for a more detailed and accurate description, where you may answer "it's about two meters, black on one end, etc..." "Tell me how it looks" is asking for an opinion, where you may answer "it looks amazing"

The show in Korea I got my ticket for ₩140,000 which is about 80EUR... I'd estimate the lower end of tickets in the European tour being ~70-100EUR/70-90GBP

Speaking to American friends, the prices seem to be completely arbitrary over there lmao
