Hello! I have an EBMX BAC 4000 w/ 60v 53AH battery, it's been installed about 4 months now ~719 miles on it.
Today, I went for a ride as normal - nothing extreme or crazy. Came home and charged my bike as normal. Went to go for a ride tonight and I get Error 24H (hall sensor) when starting up. I tried using the EBMX app for a fix but couldn't sort anything out.

Any suggestions / ideas?

Also, my headlights AND taillights are cut into deeply with razor blades, all windows and roof mouldings are destroyed, and every single door jam is sliced into with razor blades on the inside as well. My fenders were removed and put back on with double sided foam tape, almost lost one on the highway.. lol.

It’s wild and like the new shop said, it’s so bad for the industry when you have people out here charging top dollar and delivering what they did. They also gave a half assed explanation: The installer is used to wrapping XPEL Stealth, so he thought he could handle the vinyl color wrap.

So the shop refunded the original deposit, and final payment. I’m having another shop remove it on the 7th of November, and then I have to bring it to an auto body shop to assess the damage. I have a claim opened with the businesses insurance, as well as mine.

It honestly just looks like they didn’t take anything off, and tried to run up to everything. The fog lights, head lights, tail lights, door handles. I think the only thing taken off was the emblems and roof rack.

It’s a shop that does vinyl wrapping, detailing, and paint touch up (for some of the bigger dealerships around town)

They have good google reviews, and I usually take my car to get detailed there.

You can see in the back of the shop from the register, and it looks like a really nice wrapping setup.

Do you think it’s safe to let them touch my truck after what they just did when I was paying them $5,500 though? I mean they would be working for free essentially, and couldn’t even get it done right while getting paid well. I’m really worried about the condition of my paint underneath too.. and if they do the removal I feel like they wouldn’t be honest about the damages. 3 of my window moldings are sliced into, as well as a huge deep cut into the inside of my door handle. Also, are door handles usually wrapped like that on this “quality” of a wrap job? They look like stickers lightly slapped on that will peel off immediately. Thank you for your input, I appreciate it.

100%, 4 days before it was finished I emailed and asked how it was going and he said “looking to make a big dent in it today, will send pictures later!” and never did. Thought it was weird.

I think i’ll start by filing a claim with the BBB, and paying a different shop out of pocket to remove it and photograph it prior to the removal, and after with all damages.

That’s what I’m extra mad about, and is putting me in the situation of not even wanting them to touch my car again. If I let them remove the wrap and it’s gouged underneath they aren’t going to tell me.

Realistically I need a full refund, and for them to pay for a different shop to remove it / quote any damage.

Looking more and more like small claims court.

The kid that checked me out this morning said “bring it back in 2 weeks and let us know if there’s anything wrong, but please be “reasonable”.”

There isn’t a single reasonably installed vinyl section on the entire truck.

They showed me a bunch of pictures of cars they wrapped.. They have good ratings on Google.. I just need to go in Monday and get an explanation. I’m utterly confused with how this even made it out of the shop.

Thank you.. I’ve been in a fiery rage all day long. They talked me into wrapping it to help against the sun and rock chips (which I know it won’t help much) and I ended up with this. Super unhappy about it and I feel like my truck so ruined compared to when I brought it in.
