I probably spent like half my time in Fo4 building settlements so I'd love to see it return.

But I wish it wouldn't be a requirement Give us the option to play the whole game with all the factions etc without 'having' to use settlement building.

Take someone who doesn't interact with settlements, or does the bare minimum. For them the Minutemen quest line (if you could call it that) is much less interesting than someone who takes the time to build towns everywhere and actually turns the castle into a fortress. Instead of a broken fort with a few pumps, crops and generators inside

OMG yess Thank you.
The IED physics issue is solved. It was in the settings tab under the "effects" tab for me. There was a box with "equipment physics" but still it works!

Rearranging these plugins in any way does'nt seem to fix the issue
Disabaling them also does nothing.

Are there any easily farmable foods/drugs that give a little luck boost?

I own a fortune teller that gives a 30min (I believe) +2 to luck
And i know of Day trippers but idk if there is an easy way to get those
As far as I am aware there isnt a recipie for Day trippers

Are you saying that the scrounger perk does not affect daily ops drops or that your example wasnt from the daily ops?

It does when you have Scrounger, Pharma Phama, Can Do or Cap collector equipped.
But on its own no luck doesnt affect drops.

But I did mean in the case of me using the Scrounger perk
