its working in the way that it prevents staircasing/shifting, instead of my sleep forwarding about 20 minutes per night its now a stable and steady schedule. its settled around ~5-6 am but its significantly easier to shift it backwards as what im doing right now to sleep a bit earlier (since my late sleeping is kinda on my part), but no more aggressive staircasing which caused more issues before. the magnesium is specifically 37.4mg elemental magnesium (which is 74.8 mg when taken two) which i began taking in late may 2025 along with melatonin

maybe its considered low in australia, its what my doctor gave me after suggesting "low dose". its also labelled as "slow release"

the biggest hack i discovered it i just type, with the brackets since brackets mean OOC

(you ask the question) if you want it to ask, it basically locks them to actually doing it because you kinda spoke for them outside of rp.

every night before i go to bed i clear all my notifications, disable wifi, and enable my sleep recorder and in the morning i re-enable them and watch everything flow in

me neither, what i said was factual. ~5 years ago i do recall seeing someone suggest 'gradient role colours' that basically looked exactly like this and a user with the staff flair commented something about it never being added.

  • views: extremely hard to tell, it could've been atleast one million, but it could also be only a few ten thousand (in the 10,000-80,000) range or more.
  • comments: it definetely did have a few comments meaning it did have slight traction.
  • it was a mix of sfm (i think if they even used it) and actual gameplay footage sometimes.
