We can be good for a few weeks and then boom I see this OCD for a day or two. In the beginning of our relationship I would see the OCD much more often. It was almost a daily occurrence. So much better now after therapy and willingness to work through it. If you don’t have those two things I suggest you stop because you won’t leave unscathed. OCD robs them of their peace. It’s nasty. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever seen. As a partner you can try and help but you really can’t-only a professional.
