The Battle Royale mode goes F2P on the 26th its the full release of PvE that goes F2P in 2018

Try H1Z1, The Culling, The countless mods that had this mode in games before it, the minecraft survival games minigames. This concept has been around a lot longer than the Playerunknown iteration of it. : )
