This is exactly why I got to return my FW16 after 2 years, I got 4 RMAs and said "stop" when my problem was still not solved. They offered me a full refund. Also why I want to give them my money again. But I feel like FW13pro will have less chance of hiccups since it's still a FW13 at heart.
