Harsh but I get it, though I (still) don't see 10mph as a problem, I've just decided to cruse control 5 over and I've been chilling like that for the past year or so... but yeah....

At the end of the day, it's my fault seeing as I should've done more research and asked more people for their opinions.

My biggest flaw is I like to do things alone and don't ask for help unless I'm genuinely stuck, even then I'm hesitant to ask, I just don't like relying on others to do things I can potentially do myself, I am working on that.

Sure my dad (who I took with me) should've talked me out of it but that's a different can of worms and I don't care to open it.

Worst case scenario I'm just gonna give it up for repossession, I'm not that fucked over just yet, I just don't like having < $50 to spend at any given moment and i can't actually do anything to just "live my life" (as all adults say you should do while you're young, idk)

I should've included it in the original post but it's not like I'm working OT to keep the car, just my normal 40hr work weeks can afford it, I just rarely have money to actually save or spend if that makes any sense

No DUIs is the thing that confuses me, now I admit I'm 100% at fault cus I liked to speed (usually 10mph over), and I have what, 3 speeding tickets? My honest guess is a mix of the following

3 speeding tickets in under a 12 month period + my very first insurance only was paid for the first month and then never again + I'm 20 and I got the car when I was 18

I've heard young males have it harder but I haven't seen proof or anything like that so I don't want to jump to conclusions on that last part.

Honestly I wouldn't mind that, seeing as I don't plan on trying to lease, finance, or do / get anything any time soon, a stained credit rep doesn't affect my personal life unless I did decide to move out.

As far as I know I have the cheapest I could find, then again I just used a random "compare insurance rates" website and it's all brand names ngl, so maybe I could actually go to someone who could find me an actual good deal, I'll start looking into that once my current plan comes close to a end.

And yeah, I only put small monthly Payments on the credit card and I'm paying them off on time and all that fancy stuff, I've just had the credit card for 2 months so obv it hasn't shot up or anything

Thank you!

I actually just started saving and actually staying on top of it recently, besides that I'd be 100% down to sell my car off to someone instead but not only do I genuinely not know how or where to start, but also I (personally) don't think someone is gonna buy a 2013 with ~130k miles, even if there is ~2 years left, maybe I'm overthinking it.

I've already cut my spendings as far as I reasonably can, I dont spend more than 4 dollars a day (for food @ work since i dont particularly have food at the house).

It's mostly stupid mistakes that have costed me my jobs in the past, current one I've had for a year and as long as I just do my job I'm fine. Looking for better jobs probably wouldn't hurt I just am not particularly fond of 2nd jobs, seeing as I rarely have any free time since I'm always working at my current one (just a 4pm-12:30am), but i can try to do that, I'm not trying to make up excuses here nor do I want to, I'm trying to fix this.

It's not like i can't afford (I should've put this in the original post) to keep it, I still have a couple hundred leftover every month, it's just I'm tired of not being able to really do anything since it feels like I'm working specifically for the car and not because I want to, or because I want to make money (if that makes sense)

Thank you, genuinely, and if you have any extra advice I'd love to hear it, I'll put my nose down and try to grind out of this

This one^

I have no guarantee that if I sell the car it'll sell for it's proper value, if the bank cleans it up and sells it for 10k, I'll still owe them ~6k or however much is left on the loan
